AfroEnglish has a lot of offline English practice that can be easily downloaded onto your home computer or laptop. All the offline practice is specially designed software in HTML format and works best on computers with Microsoft Windows operating systems. Unfortunately, the software is not compatible with Mac computers or cell phones. AfroEnglish is in the process of developing an app that will allow IPhone and Android cell phone users to download and use the software on their phones.
In order to download the software, you need only follow these simple steps. If you would like to enlarge any of the images in the following steps just click on them. In this example, we are going to download an ESL listening comprehension practice entitled: Low Carb Diets. To begin the process, you need to click on the image in the ESL Listening Comprehension section.
Step 1: After you click on the image, you will see a box like the one below. Enter your email address in the box.
Step 2: After you enter your email address, click on the Continue box.
Step 3: After you click on the Continue button, you can now download the file. Click on the Download button.
Step 4: After you download the file it should appear in your downloaded files on your computer. Double click the file to open it.
Step 5: After you double click on the file, you will see an Index HTML file. Click on the Index HTML file.
Step 6: After you click on the Index HTML file, you will see the AfroEnglish introduction page. To begin the practice click on the Start Quiz button. You can now do the practice offline and as many times as you desire.

Toda a prática offline é um software especialmente projetado no formato HTML e funciona melhor em computadores com sistemas operacionais Microsoft Windows. Infelizmente, o software não é compatível com computadores Mac ou telefones celulares. O AfroEnglish está desenvolvendo um aplicativo que permitirá aos usuários de telefones celulares iPhone e Android baixar e usar o software em seus telefones.
Para fazer o download do software, basta seguir estas etapas simples. Se você deseja ampliar qualquer uma das imagens nas etapas a seguir, basta clicar nelas. Neste exemplo, vamos baixar uma prática de compreensão auditiva da ESL intitulada: Low Carb Diets. Para iniciar o processo, você precisa clicar na imagem na seção ESL Listening Comprehension.
Etapa 1: Depois de clicar na imagem, você verá uma caixa como a abaixo. Digite seu endereço de email na caixa.
Etapa 2: Depois de inserir seu endereço de email, clique na caixa Continuar.
Etapa 3: Depois de clicar no botão Continuar, agora você pode baixar o arquivo. Clique no botão Download.
Etapa 4: Depois de baixar o arquivo, ele deverá aparecer nos arquivos baixados no seu computador. Clique duas vezes no arquivo para abri-lo.
Etapa 5: Depois de clicar duas vezes no arquivo, você verá um arquivo HTML de índice. Clique no arquivo HTML do índice.
Etapa 6: Depois de clicar no arquivo HTML Index, você verá a página de introdução do AfroEnglish. Para iniciar a prática, clique no botão Iniciar questionário. Agora você pode praticar offline e quantas vezes desejar.
